JV Bowling Team Named Athletes of the Week

The Regina Dominican Junior Varsity Bowling team has been named Athletes of the Week for the week of January 27-Feb. 1st.  The team finished in 4th place at the GCAC Championships, which took place on February 1st at Arena Bowl. Congratulations on your 4th place finish!

Sophia Rana Named Athlete of the Week

Regina Dominican Bowler Sofia Rana was chosen as Co-Athlete of the Week for the week of January 13-18.  Sophia set a new school record with a score of 210.  We were able to catch up with Sofia for a quick interview. Caraline Quinlan Named Athlete of the Week for the Week of Jan. 6-11

Regina Dominican Bowler Caraline Quinlan was named Athlete of the Week for the week of January 6-11.  Caraline bowled a 201, which was a school record.  We were able to catch up with Caraline for a quick interview. Bowling Tryouts

Try outs are going to be Thursday, November 21st at 4pm at Bowlero.   Bowlers will bowl 2 full games. All student-athletes must have a physical on file and register online at https://regina.8to18.com/accounts/login. Contact the athletic office with questions.  

Winter Sport Parent Meeting

Strength and Conditioning Sessions Offered

Attention Regina Dominican students.  Coach Bak and Coach Thorrens are offering an opportunity for anyone to improve your strength and conditioning.
